Tanpreet was crowned Miss India-Canada in 2016. As part of one of the South Asian community’s most anticipated events, she embraced the opportunity to represent grace, confidence, and heritage on a high-profile stage.
Tanpreet was crowned Miss Charity BC in 2014, a title that recognized not only her poise, grace, and presence, but also her deep dedication to giving back to the community she loves and works tirelessly to support.
As an ambassador for motionball, Tanpreet proudly supports inclusion and empowerment for individuals with intellectual disabilities through sport and community engagement. She champions motionball’s mission to create a more inclusive Canada by bridging the gap between young professionals and Special Olympics athletes.
motionball is a national non-profit that empowers young Canadians to be leaders in their communities, raising funds and awareness for Special Olympics through integrated social and sporting events. We believe that the next generation of Canadians, today’s students and young professionals, are the future of the Special Olympics movement – with the power to make meaningful difference for generations to come.
Tanpreet serves as a School and Community Presenter with Stigma-Free Mental Health, where she helps raise awareness and promote open conversations around mental well-being.
